Jarle Horneland

Jarle Horneland has five years of work experience. In 2021, they were a Control Systems Engineer at Desert Control and a Robotics Developer at Robotic Innovation. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Software Engineer at Canrig Robotic Technologies, where they were responsible for executing and documenting external and internal system testing, robot sequence programming, software deployment and process optimization. In 2018, they were an Intern R&D Engineer at ABB Robotics, where they developed tests and testframework in Python to test functionality and durability of different components and systems. From 2012 to 2018, they were an Instrument Technician at Kvaerner, where they worked with installation, testing and completion of process systems in the petroleum industry.

Jarle Horneland completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Universitetet i Stavanger (UiS) between 2014 and 2017. Jarle then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Industrial Automation and Signal Processing at the same institution, which they completed in 2019.
