Kristy Beres

Kristy Beres has extensive experience in human resources and administrative support, currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment since March 2018, after previously holding the role of Human Resources Coordinator at the same organization. Prior to this, Kristy worked at Banner Health as an Administrative Assistant in Behavioral Health and Health Unit Coordinator from August 2016 to March 2018, and at Kindred Healthcare from December 2007 to May 2016 as an Administrative Assistant and HR Coordinator. Kristy is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Phoenix, expected to complete in December 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution, earned from 2012 to 2016.
