Lauren Williams

Lauren Williams is the current Sales Director of Personal Care at Desert King International. Lauren has previous experience as a Sales Director at Inca Oil (Animus Cosmetic & Pharma), where they increased sales by 45%. During their time at Inca Oil, they also developed sales strategies, established selling agreements with cosmetic companies and suppliers, and was responsible for all PR and advertising for Animus Cosmetic and Inca Oil. Lauren represented Inca Oil in all cosmetic trade shows and conferences, both domestically and internationally. Desert King International acquired Animus Cosmetic & Pharma in July 2008.

Williams began their career in 2002 as a Relationship Manager at Citigroup Asset Management. In this role, they were a liaison between the Private Bank and Citigroup Asset Management. Lauren supported a team of portfolio managers responsible for $2.2 billion of assets under management and dealt with high net-worth customers throughout Europe and Asia, including royal family members, heads of state, and international business executives. Williams built relationships with private bankers, investment counselors, portfolio managers, and research analysts. Lauren updated portfolio reviews for existing private bank clients and assisted in updating discretionary proposals.

Lauren Williams has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Lauren also has an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute. Lauren is currently studying for their Level 1 Wine Steward/Sommelier certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust at UCSD. Lauren has also completed the Landmark Forum, a personal and professional development program from Landmark Education. Lauren is currently studying French language privately.

Lauren Williams works with Andrés González - General Manager, Chile and Natural Response, Damian Hiley - Business Development Manager, and Yaquelin Avelar - Quality Assurance Director. Lauren Williams reports to Paul Hiley, CEO.
