Maria Preciado

Maria Preciado, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning several roles in the field. Currently serving as the Senior Talent & Culture Manager at Desert Mountain Club since March 2017, Maria has also held positions as Benefits & Employee Relations Manager and HR Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Maria worked as an HR Generalist/Benefit Specialist at Abengoa from March 2014 to March 2017, where responsibilities included managing employee relations and company benefits administration. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Liaison at Hospice from June 2012 to February 2014, focusing on HR administrative tasks and payroll. Maria holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and is an alumnus of Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara.
