Madeeha Baker

Madeeha Baker, PharmD, BC-ADM, is an experienced clinical pharmacist specializing in ambulatory diabetes and cardiology at Desert Oasis Healthcare since January 2017. Previously, Madeeha served as an oncology pharmacist at Keck Medicine of USC and completed a PGY-1 acute care pharmacy residency at Eisenhower Medical Center. Early career experience includes various pharmacy intern roles at organizations such as RxEconsult Professional Healthcare Network, Safeway, and Sutter Health, with a focus on areas like medication safety and diabetes management. Madeeha holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from California Northstate University College of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biochemistry from Eastern Michigan University.
