Patrick Chirwa

Patrick Chirwa is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Owner and Administrator of Tranquility Sands Hospice since April 2024, which is operated by four former ICU nurses. As the President and Founder of Executive Healthcare Consulting since May 2020, Patrick also holds the position of Administrator for Case Management at Desert Oasis Healthcare and has been the Director of Critical Care Services & Dialysis at Desert Regional Medical Center since May 2014. In this role, Patrick leads the Rapid Response Team, assisting physicians in critical situations. Patrick has extensive managerial experience, including overseeing multiple Intensive Care Units at Tenet Healthcare and previously serving as a Clinical Manager and registered nurse in various healthcare settings. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, an Associate Degree in Nursing from Bethel College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
