Jeff Graham

Jeff Graham has a wealth of experience in the pharmacy field, having worked in various roles at different healthcare facilities. Currently serving as the Lead Pharmacist for Medication Regimen Review at Desert Regional Medical Center, Jeff ensures the clinical appropriateness and compliance of medication profiles for patients. Prior to this, Jeff held roles such as Clinical Staff Pharmacist at Tufts Medical Center, Clinical Pharmacist at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, and various roles at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. Jeff obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
