John Decker

John Decker is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Desert Regional Medical Center since March 2012, John oversees projects that foster strategic relationships and business growth, focusing on enhancing physician satisfaction and loyalty. Previously, as Physicians Relations Manager, John worked to align clinical service lines with medical professionals. Prior to Desert Regional, John held roles at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, where responsibilities included managing clinical outreach and physician development, and at RS Medical, where John managed a significant sales territory and operational processes. John also served as Sales & Contracting Manager at FamilyCare, Inc., successfully developing a provider network for a capitated health plan.
