Aya Gamal

Aya Gamal has a range of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Aya began their career at SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises as a Central Reservation Agent from January 2013 to June 2014. After that, they took on a role as a Marketing Coordinator at the same company for a few months.

Later, Aya joined Desert Rose Resort, where they held various positions. Aya started as an E-commerce Executive from March 2015 to February 2016. Then, they were promoted to Assistant E-commerce Manager from March 2016 to January 2018. In this role, they supported the E-commerce Manager in planning and implementing the department's annual plan and exploring new channels for production. Aya also monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of objectives.

Finally, Aya became the E-commerce Manager at Desert Rose Resort from January 2018 to August 2023. As the manager, they were responsible for creating and executing the annual E-commerce department plan, collaborating with the marketing department, and finding new channels for production. Additionally, they ensured the fulfillment of objectives within the designated KPIs.

Overall, Aya has demonstrated their expertise in E-commerce and gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry throughout their career.

Aya Gamal attended Suez Canal University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. In addition, they obtained a Digital Marketing Nanodegree from Udacity in May 2021.
