Joe Carlon

Joe Carlon currently serves as the President of Desert Spine and Sports Physicians, a position held since June 2023. Carlon founded Turn 2 Health Ventures in April 2020 and has previously held executive leadership roles as Chief Executive Officer at Elevate Women's Health and The Women's Health Group. Prior experience includes a tenure as CEO at Pain Doctor, Inc., and Arizona Pain Specialists, as well as a Territory Manager role at St. Jude Medical. Carlon began a career in sales with Merck. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
