Dr. Bonnie L. Stolzman DNP, MBA, MSN RN has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and positions. Dr. Bonnie L. started their career in 1985, working for WPS, North American Insurance Company, and The Mutual Group US Employee Benefits, where they held managerial and supervisory positions in the underwriting division. In 2003, they transitioned to a nursing career, working as a Nursing Supervisor, Charge RN, and Staff RN at Wausau Hospital, Aurora Baycare, and Aurora Medical Center Oshkosh until 2012. From 2006 to 2015, they worked at Ministry Saint Clares Hospital as a Lead Nurse ICU/PCU, Nursing Supervisor, and ultimately as the Manager of Patient Care Services. In 2016, they joined Spring Valley Hospital as a Director before being promoted to Assistant Chief Nursing Officer in 2017. Lastly, in 2017, they became the Chief Nursing Officer at Desert View Hospital.

Dr. Bonnie L. Stolzman obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Dr. Bonnie L. continued their education at Grand Canyon University, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with an emphasis in healthcare leadership between 2014 and 2016. More recently, they attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2019 to 2021, where they earned their Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
