Margarita Sirkou

Margarita Sirkou has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Margarita is currently the Head of Customer Operations at DESFA SA – Hellenic Gas Transmission System Operator since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Member of the Board of Directors at EDA Attikis S.A. (Attiki Natural Gas Distribution Company) from February 2017 to September 2019. In the public sector, they were involved in international affairs, energy, and social policy from February 2015 to July 2019. Margarita also has experience as a Key Account Manager at Mega Systems from February 2011 to February 2015. Margarita worked as an MKT Consultant as a freelancer from November 2010 to December 2012. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Marketing & Communication Manager at Brainfood (Oxy & Empiria Publishing, Floral Books+Coffee) from March 2009 to October 2010. Margarita worked as a Brand Manager at PUBLIC stores from June 2006 to February 2009. Margarita started their professional journey as an Assistant Brand Manager and later became a Brand Manager at SARANTIS from November 2003 to June 2006. Their first marketing role was as a Marketing Coordinator at RAINBOW COMPUTER from January 2000 to December 2001.

Margarita Sirkou completed their education at the University of Piraeus. From 1995 to 1999, they pursued a degree in Business Management and Administration, specializing in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, HR, and Production activity. Margarita then went on to pursue an MBA degree at the same university from 2001 to 2004, focusing on Business Policy, Operations management, Marketing, and Managerial Accounting.
