Design Collaborative
Megan Hodge is an experienced interior designer currently working at Design Collaborative since June 2022, contributing to higher education projects and actively participating in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives as well as fun events. As an associate member of the IIDA Indiana Chapter since January 2023, Megan is involved in the communications aspect of the Fort Wayne City Center Programs Committee. Previous experience includes positions as a project engineer intern at Loren Wood Builders LLC, a student member at IIDA at Indiana University Campus Center, and an interior designer at Havenly, along with an internship at Rake Cabinet & Surface Solutions and a role as an associate trainer at Panera Bread. Megan holds a Master of Environmental Sustainability and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, both from Indiana University Bloomington.

Since we were founded in 1992, we have been located in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana, focusing on the higher education, healthcare, and corporate markets across the nation. We work best with clients that value relationships as much as buildings, and our goal is to make life better for the people who live, work, play, learn, heal, or worship inside those buildings.
