Ewan Jones

Ewan Jones is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in design leadership and education. Since 2005, Ewan has served as the Chair of the Design Commission for Wales while also being involved as a co-chair and member of the Design Review Panel. In addition to these roles, Ewan is a Trustee of the Cyfarthfa Foundation and a member of the Advisory Board at the Welsh School of Architecture, Cardiff University. Ewan's career includes a long tenure as a Partner at Grimshaw from 1995 to 2025 and contributions as a visiting critic at the University of Bath from 2013 to 2024. Ewan holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Bath, completed between 1986 and 1993.
