Cat Drew is an accomplished design leader currently serving as the Chief Design Officer at the Design Council, where efforts focus on integrating architecture, public sector design, and business innovation to promote healthier living. As Director of Policy & Place at FutureGov, Cat champions data-driven design for social innovation and has contributed to prominent speaking engagements including a TedX talk. In the role of Project Director at Uscreates, Cat oversees initiatives aimed at enhancing health and well-being through user-centered design methodologies. Prior positions include Senior Policy Advisor at Policy Lab, Head of Police IT & Digitisation Policy, and Head of Neighbourhood Policing at The Home Office. Cat holds a Master's Degree in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts London and a BA in French and History from the University of Nottingham.
