Mia Blume is a CEO and Design Executive Coach at Design Dept., where Mia focuses on leadership development specifically for designers. Mia is also the Founder of Designing with AI, curating the latest technology for practical application by professional designers. Previously, Mia founded Within, a platform for women in design and technology. With a background in companies like Pinterest, Square, and IDEO, Mia has extensive experience in product design, interaction design, and graphic design. Mia holds a degree in BGD in Graphic Design and Interaction Design from NCSU College of Design. Additionally, Mia received a Professional Co-Active Coach certification from The Coach Training Institute.
