Beatriz Quintal

Beatriz Quintal is a Recruiter at Design Everest. Beatriz was previously a Senior Global Lead at ModSquad from July 2020 to May 2022, and a Customer Service Operations Manager at Crylls Inc. from October 2017 to May 2022. In their role as Customer Service Operations Manager, they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the entire Customer Service department, including creating and fostering a safe and open work environment, mentoring and developing team leaders, and overseeing the management of the department’s operational issues. Beatriz is a voice of continuous improvement who proactively shares best practices and drives and supports initiatives to encourage staff engagement.
