Saumya Bhargava

Saumya is a corporate lawyer and has previously worked at leading law firms. She has represented private equity funds as well as multinational corporations from different industries on a wide variety of commercial contracts and transactions, ranging from acquisitions and corporate restructuring to international equity and debt offerings. She has also advised on regulatory matters and represented clients in dispute resolution, which enables her to advise on business and legal issues from both commercial and litigation perspectives. Saumya likes to travel, paint, and play the piano.
