Helen Robertson

Helen Robertson serves as the Implementation Lead at Design for Good, overseeing multiple social impact projects that leverage human-centered design solutions. With a robust background in training and development, Helen has held various consulting roles from November 2014 to September 2023, focusing on business readiness, curriculum design, and training delivery in diverse environments. Previous experience includes a position as a trainer within a large retail bank's PPI department, where responsibilities spanned from training material creation to coaching new data gatherers. Additionally, an internship with Glasgow City Council's Land and Environmental Services provided foundational skills in data collection and GIS. Helen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Glasgow and is pursuing further education at the Royal College of Art.
