Katie Lee

Katie Lee is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Communication and PR Lead at Design for Good since April 2025, Katie previously held roles as a Public Relations Specialist at the Global Organic Textile Standard and as a Communications Consultant, Director of Communications, and Deputy Director of Communications at Mental Health America. Earlier in their career, Katie worked as a Senior Communications Specialist and Communications Specialist at the American Hospital Association, a Communications Specialist at C-SPAN, and a Writer while freelancing for travel magazines and SEO companies. Additional experience includes roles as an Adjunct Student Newspaper Advisor at Franklin College, an Adjunct Instructor at Ivy Tech Community College, and a Staff Writer at The Tribune. Katie holds a Master’s Degree in Writing from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Franklin College.
