Eric Sobczak

Eric Sobczak is the CTO at Design Force Marketing. Eric has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, founding two companies and holding various positions ranging from database programmer to president.

Sobczak started their career in 1992 as a database programmer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Eric quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the department head for network and IT support services. In 1994, they left Blue Cross to start Enhanced Technologies Inc., a web design and development company. Under Sobczak's leadership, Enhanced Technologies grew quickly, expanding its services to include web application programming and hosting operations. The company served clients of all sizes, from one-person businesses to Fortune 100 companies. Sobczak led the company for 13 years before selling it to investors in 2007.

In 2008, Sobczak founded BusinessGrade.com, a web development, design, and hosting services company. Eric ran BusinessGrade.com for six years before selling it in 2013. Since then, they have been working as the CTO at Design Force Marketing.

Eric Sobczak has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.
