Shannon Conley

Shannon Conley is an experienced professional in product development and quality management, currently serving as the Director of Product Development/CI/Quality at Design Foundry since August 2022. Previously, Shannon held the position of Plant Manager at Lee Industries Inc. from December 2020 to August 2022, and served as Plant Manager at Vanguard Furniture from April 2017 to December 2020. Shannon's career also includes a tenure at HBF from April 2010 to April 2017, where roles included Focus Factory Manager, Lead Supervisor, and Machine Room Supervisor. Education was completed at Catawba Valley Community College.
