Stacey Donegan Agvent

Stacey Donegan Agvent has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Stacey began their career at Macy's in 1990, where they served as a Buyer for Home Decorative Accessories and Gifts. During their time at Macy's, Stacey was responsible for trend identification, negotiation, and product development in both domestic and international markets. Stacey also played a key role in curating the most current merchandise with high impact design and a high GMROI. Additionally, Stacey developed and executed the Lifestyle Merchandising Standard and was involved in advertising layout and design.

In 1997, Stacey ventured out on their own and founded DONEGAN DESIGNS, where they served as the CEO and Owner until 2008. As the head of their company, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business and guiding its growth and success.

In 2003, Stacey joined Aromatique Inc. as the Marketing, Sales, and Trade Show Director. In this role, they contributed to the company's marketing and sales strategies and played a key part in organizing trade shows and events. Stacey remained with Aromatique Inc. until 2013.

Since 2014, Stacey has been associated with Design Imports. Stacey initially joined the company as the National Sales Manager, where they successfully managed a team of 200 sales reps. In this position, their responsibilities included developing the account base and channels of distribution for the company's brands, Design Imports (DII) and Bucky. Stacey also created and executed sales strategies and CRM for the catalog divisions of DII and Bucky. Stacey further played a leadership role in coaching and developing the national sales team and making decisions regarding the selection of rep partner teams.

Stacey's most recent position at Design Imports is the Director of National Field Sales, which they started in August 2019. As the Director, they continue to oversee the company's sales operations and strategies on a broader scale.
