Jacob Willson

Vice President, Manufacturing and Quality Engineering at Design Ready Controls

Jacob Willson has extensive work experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector. Jacob started their career in 2007 as an intern at Dataradio, where they gained valuable industry knowledge. In 2009, Jacob joined Design Ready Controls as an Electrical Engineer, a position they held until 2014. Jacob then transitioned to the role of National SAE Manager, where they served until 2018. After that, they became the Director of Engineering, Sales, and Development, a position they held until 2022. Currently, Jacob is the Vice President of Manufacturing and Quality Engineering at Design Ready Controls, where they utilize their expertise to drive efficiency and ensure product quality.

Jacob Willson's education history consists of three degrees. Jacob first attended McNally Smith College of Music from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree with a field of study in Music. Jacob then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Minnesota State University, Mankato, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Finally, Jacob undertook a Professional Science Master's degree in Engineering Management at Minnesota State University, Mankato, from 2015 to 2018.
