Duane Goerke is an experienced System Layout Engineer with a career spanning over 15 years in plant system layout design, primarily utilizing AutoCAD and FactoryCAD. Currently battling Stage 4 Esophageal Cancer, Duane has held roles at multiple prestigious companies, including Design Systems, Inc. since 2014 and HIROTEC AMERICA, Inc. from 2017 to 2018. Notable projects include logistics design for Jeep assembly, satellite production layouts for international clients, and process optimization for major manufacturers such as Caterpillar, Ford, and Navistar. Duane's educational background includes a Certificate in Machine Tool Operation from Michigan Technological University and a high school diploma from Inland Lakes High School.
