Rick Hayes is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project engineering, process engineering, and mechanical design. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Design Systems, Inc. since June 2019, Rick previously held positions including Process Engineer at Supreme Gear Co. and Mechanical Designer at both Gonzalez Production Systems Inc. and PASLIN. Earlier in the career, Rick specialized as an Aerospace Tooling Designer at AIP AEROSPACE. Educational credentials include an Associate degree in General Studies with a focus on Marketing Sales and Materials Management from Macomb Community College, alongside certifications in Design 1 and 2 Catia v5 from Oakland Schools.
