Since 2004, Rhonda has been with Design Team Sign Company, where responsibilities include designing and fabricating comprehensive sign packages for various businesses, along with creating concept drawings for necessary approvals. Prior to this, from 1998 to 2003, Rhonda served as QA Manager at Illinois Tool Works in Corinth, MS, overseeing the installation of ISO-9000 standards and developing operational procedures and the company's mission statement. Rhonda attended Tennessee Technological University from 2000 to 2001.
