Teresa Creasy

Teresa Creasy has extensive work experience, starting in 1995 as a Human Resources Manager at Reitter & Schefenacker, where they played a key role in the company's North American expansion. Their responsibilities included managing plant and facility acquisitions, recruiting, visa submissions, and developing financial systems and processes. Teresa also worked closely with various departments, such as engineering, sales, and R&D, to foster customer development and maintain relations with German owners.

In 2003, Teresa joined Design Team Sign Company as a Human Resources/Business Manager. In this role, they handled a wide range of tasks including human resources, employee benefits, recruitment, safety management, federal/state grant submittals, and project management. Teresa was also actively involved in sales account development and the implementation of financial and accounting processes. Additionally, Teresa contributed to business improvements through the introduction of ERP/MRP systems and training programs for supervisors in team-building and continuous improvement.

In April 2019, Teresa was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer at Design Team Sign Company. Teresa currently holds this role and continues to contribute their expertise and leadership to the company.

Teresa Creasy received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Teresa attended the university from 1989 to 1992.
