Paul Ridenour

Paul Ridenour, MBA, is an experienced professional with a solid background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as an Implementation Manager and Senior Engineering Subject Matter Expert at Innova Solutions, Paul oversees the implementation of new engineering Statements of Work (SoW) projects. Previously, Paul held the role of Program Manager at Volt, where leadership and supervision of teams for Harley Davidson's Product Development Center were key responsibilities. Paul has also managed capital projects at Greif, Inc., co-owned a bowling ball company, directed air quality and chemistry teams at We Energies, and conducted research at the United States Bowling Congress. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University Northwest, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
