Marino Convertino

Marino Convertino has extensive experience in Computational Chemistry and Data Modeling. From 2022 to 2021, they were the Director of Computational Chemistry at Design Therapeutics and Principal Scientist of Computational Chemistry at DeepCure. From 2017 to 2013, they were the Director of Research and Data Modeling and Senior Research Scientist at Parion Sciences. At the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, they were a Research Assistant Professor from 2013 to 2011 and a Postdoctoral Research Associate from 2011 to 2013. Marino began their career as a Junior PostDoc at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia from 2011 to 2011.

Marino Convertino received their Master Degree in Pharmacy from Università degli Studi di Bari in 2005. From 2007 to 2011, they pursued two Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees, one in Computational Biophysics from the University of Zurich and one in Computational Medicinal Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Bari.
