Molly Gimmel

Molly Gimmel has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Molly is currently the Founder & Chief Mentor of the Vellamo Leadership Institute LLC, an organization that supports entrepreneurs and professionals in becoming effective leaders and achieving success in their careers. In this role, Molly provides one-on-one coaching, workshops, courses, and a community of leaders for personal and professional growth.

Prior to their current role, Molly served as the Chief Executive Officer of Design To Delivery Inc, where they acted as the Program Executive for contracts and subcontracts with various Federal agencies. In this position, they were responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring compliance and quality control, and overseeing subcontractor and teaming partner management.

Molly also has experience working at Deloitte Consulting as a Federal Contracts Manager and at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as the Contracts & Pricing Manager and Director of Proposal Development.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Administrator at KPMG's subsidiary, Barents Group, where they managed a large contract with the US Agency for International Development, providing economic and financial support to central banks in the countries of the former Soviet Union.

Molly Gimmel obtained a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Contract & Acquisition Management from the Florida Institute of Technology between 1994 and 1996. Molly completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from William & Mary from 1986 to 1990. Lastly, Molly Gimmel received their High School Diploma from Thomas Sprigg Wootton High School.
