Susan Haynes

Susan Haynes is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in multidisciplinary team leadership and advanced engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Design West Technologies, Inc., since September 2025, Susan previously held the role of Senior Manager, Advanced Engineering at RxSight, Inc., where leadership of cross-functional projects and development of a Light Delivery Device was paramount. With a strong background at Applied Medical as an Electrical/Software Engineering Manager, Susan effectively integrated various engineering disciplines to accelerate product market readiness. Early career experiences include positions at North American Science Association and G1 Design LLC, complemented by a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.
