Austen has also worked with various companies like Design West, TFT, 3ADAPT, and Buro Happold, where they have held roles that involve creating sustainability development briefs, providing oversight to developers, and cofounding an innovative sustainability consultancy. Austen's expertise in sustainability and strategic consultancy has been instrumental in shaping better places and driving sustainable practices in various sectors.
