James Howard Mrics

James Howard MRICS is a Design West Expert working with the development sector and decision-makers to shape better places across the South West of England. James also holds the title of Development Director at StudioHIVE, where James leads development projects, including the Silverthorne Lane Build to Rent scheme and the Dean St student scheme in St Paul's, Bristol. Additionally, James serves as a Non Executive Director at Torbay Development Agency and has previously worked as a Consultant and Associate Director for various companies in the real estate and development industry. With a background in Building Surveying and a wealth of experience in managing real estate development projects, James is a seasoned professional in the field.
