Saul de Jesus

Saul De Jesus has a diverse work experience. Saul started at Micro Center in 2013 as a Knowledge Manager and worked there until 2015. In 2015, they joined designDATA as a Team Lead. Saul then took on various roles at designDATA, including Client Account Manager from December 2016 to April 2019, Program Manager from April 2019 onwards, and currently serves as the Director of Customer Service and Delivery since January 2022.

Saul De Jesus attended Montgomery College from 2017 to 2020, where they studied Computer Science. In terms of certifications, they obtained the following: Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in July 2023, Microsoft 365 Security Administration from Microsoft in March 2021, Microsoft Office 365 Teams Administrator from Microsoft in March 2020, Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification (MOS) from Microsoft in April 2016, ACMT, and iOS from Apple in June 2015, Net+ Certified from CompTIA in September 2007, and A+ Certified from CompTIA in May 2006.
