Tiffany Hernandez possesses extensive experience in operations management and technical support within the IT sector. Currently serving as Deputy Operations Manager at NCI Information Systems, Inc. since February 2020, Tiffany also holds the position of Field Engineer and End User Support Manager at designDATA while managing configuration processes at CKA, LLC. Since June 2017. With a strong background at General Dynamics Information Technology, Tiffany has excelled in various roles, including ADP/Customer Support Team Lead and Supervisor of Help Desk operations, contributing to recruitment and team management efforts.
