Mercedes Payne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and account management across various companies in the fashion and retail industries. As Co-Founder of Power It Forward since August 2013, Mercedes focuses on providing access to clean energy in developing countries. Current roles include Account Executive at Camuto Group and a previous tenure as Account Executive at FitFlop, where responsibilities encompassed managing key accounts in the southeast USA and Caribbean. Past experiences include significant roles at Native Shoes, TOMS, Quiksilver, and Boca Surf & Sail, showcasing a strong commitment to social responsibility and sustainable practices. Mercedes holds a Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University and has also contributed to the arts as an Artist in Residence and teacher.
