Jader Cavalcante

Jader Cavalcante has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jader started their career in 1994 as an Optical Technician at Ótica Ipanema and worked there until 1998. From 1998 to 2003, they had various roles including being a Car Washer, Contractor, and Pizza Delivery Driver. In 2003, they became an Optical Technician at DVE-Direct Vision Express and worked there until 2005. Jader then moved on to FVT Optical Lab where they worked as an Optical Technician from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Just One Look Eyewear and Designer Eyes as a Manager and Manager/Optician, respectively. Jader held these roles simultaneously until 2019. In 2019, they became an Optical Manager at Point of View Eyewear. Additionally, Jader holds the title of Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt, which they acquired while working at Carlos Machado/Jorge Pereira from 2001 to 2018.

Jader Cavalcante completed their high school education at Colégio Dom Bosco from 1995 to 1997. In addition, they obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in 2018, including Managing Diversity, Communicating with Confidence, Creating a Positive Customer Experience, Influencing Others, Retail Customer Service, and Selling with Stories.
