Amy Parker has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Amy worked at Acquia from 2014 to 2022, starting as the Director of Acquia University and later progressing to the position of Senior Director of Global Talent Development & Sales Enablement. During their time at Acquia, they built and scaled the Talent Development and Engagement function, designed global enterprise Talent Development and Engagement architecture, and launched a unique technical talent incubator program.

Amy then joined Trova in 2023 as a Strategic Advisor, where they focused on fostering meaningful engagements and creating a more inclusive and social workplace through social engagement and peer-to-peer learning.

Amy Parker has a Master of Arts degree in Spanish/Latin American Literature from Ohio University, which they obtained in 1993. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies/Political Science/Spanish from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1989. In 1997, they completed the Master of International Management program at the School for International Training. In 2009-2010, Amy pursued coursework in Environmental Management at Harvard University. Amy also has additional certifications in areas such as leadership and coaching, obtained between 2007 and 2021 from institutions such as Zenger Folkman and the Mass Technology Leadership Council.
