Billy McCaffrey

Billy McCaffrey is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management with over a decade of experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Acquia since March 2017, Billy partners with high-profile corporations and government entities to ensure successful site launches and customer satisfaction while managing policies and customer onboarding. Prior to Acquia, Billy held positions at Criteo as an Account Strategist, overseeing a portfolio of over 90 accounts, and as a Customer Success Specialist at WordStream, where Billy managed up to 170 customers. Earlier experience includes roles at D50 Media, JH Communications, Common Ground Radio, and Pioneer Financial Group. Billy earned a B.A. in Public Relations from the University of Rhode Island.
