Prior to this, Ellen served as Vice President of People at Rue Gilt Groupe, Associate Director of Learning & Development at Digitas, and Talent Management Manager at Reebok International Ltd. Ellen’s educational background includes a Certified Professional Coach degree from iPEC Coaching and a Master's in Training & Development from Lesley University. Currently, Ellen is also engaged as an Adjunct Assessment Consultant at DDI and Vice President of Global Talent Development and Engagement at Acquia.
