Kat Sweet

Kat Sweet has a strong work history in various roles and companies. Kat has worked at Acquia since 2011, starting as a Key Account Program Manager / Enterprise Account Executive. Kat then progressed to Senior Manager of Business Operations, Director of Business Engineering, and Senior Director of IT. In 2022, Kat became the Vice President of IT at Acquia. Prior to their time at Acquia, Kat worked as a Principal at Valence Financial Group from 2008 to 2011, where they analyzed renewable energy projects for investment feasibility and advised clients on debt/equity strategies. Before their career in finance and technology, Kat was a Professional Ice Hockey Player at DSC Oberthurgau, CH from 2005 to 2006.

Kat Sweet attended Deerfield Academy from 1998 to 2001. Kat then went on to Harvard University from 2001 to 2005, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. In 2007 and 2008, they attended the University of Pennsylvania and obtained a Master's degree in Criminology.
