Vilho Järvinen

Vilho Järvinen has extensive work experience in IT strategy, M&A, business transformation, enterprise architecture, and IT development. Vilho held various roles at Fortum, including Director of IT Strategy and Head of IT M&A, where they successfully delivered over 30 projects within budget and transaction deadlines. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Advisor at Sofigate and as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, where they led programs and projects in business transformation and enterprise architecture. Vilho also served as the CEO of Antrea Solutions, a software development company, and worked as a Manager at Capgemini Consulting and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Earlier in their career, they were an IT Consultant and Business Relationship Manager at NYSEG, where they developed IT governance and financial evaluation models.

Vilho Järvinen completed their MBA in International Business from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they earned a BBA in International Business from European University from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, Vilho has obtained various certifications in different fields throughout the years.
