Richard Eriksson

Richard Eriksson has extensive experience in technical support and web development, currently serving as a Lead Support Engineer at Acquia since October 2015, with previous roles including Senior Support Engineer and Customer Support Engineer at the same company. Richard also has entrepreneurial experience as the proprietor of Ethical Detergent since May 2009, where responsibilities involve module selection, development, configuration, and the creation of install profiles. Prior positions include Support Engineer at Chapter Three, Drupal Developer at OpenRoad Communications, and community support roles at Raincity Studios and Bryght, specializing in documentation and technical support for the Drupal content management framework. Earlier in his career, Richard worked as a Page/Circulation Assistant at Port Moody Public Library and as an Internet trainer at Vancouver Island Regional Library. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Simon Fraser University.
