Sukriti Sinha is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Acquia since June 2019, Sukriti has progressed through various HR roles, demonstrating expertise in onboarding, employee experience, and process automation. Prior to Acquia, Sukriti worked at Wipro Limited as an HR Executive, leading HR operations for the Pune location and implementing best practices in hiring and onboarding. Additionally, experience at Aon Hewitt as an HR Consultant involved organizing workshops and developing competency frameworks for diverse clients. Sukriti holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the School Of Inspired Leadership and a BBA from Symbiosis International University.
