Paul Lennon has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. In 2008, they worked as a Part-Time Maintenence at Manor Farm, where they were responsible for preventative machine maintenance, maintaining machine efficiency, installing new machines, and performing mechanical and electrical repairs to machines and production lines. From 2009 to 2014, they were a student at the Institute of Technology Blanchardstown, where they earned a Bsc in Sustainable Electrical and Control Technology and a Bsc(Hons) in Energy systems & Industrial Automation. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as an Automation Engineer at Little Electrical Engineers, where they were responsible for electrical control using Siemens S7, Beckhoff PLC And Allen Bradley controllogix, designing and programming full control systems for different machines and operations to accomplish customer and safety requirements, and designing and implementing machine safety with SICK Safety systems. Since 2019, they have been employed at DesignPro Automation, where they have held the roles of Automation Manager and Lead Automation Engineer.

Paul Lennon's educational history includes attending Bailieborough Community School from 2004 to 2009, where they earned their Leaving Certificate. From 2009 to 2012, they attended the Institute of Technology Blanchardstown, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Sustainable Electrical & Control Technology.
