Paula Power

Paula Power has worked in the Human Resources field since 1989, beginning their career at KOSTAL Ireland GmbH as a Personnel Assistant. Paula then moved up to become a Personnel Officer, and eventually a Health, Safety & Environmental Officer. In 2017, they joined DesignPro Automation as an HR Manager, where their main focus areas included HR support, advice, and strategic planning.

Paula Power has pursued a variety of educational qualifications. Paula completed a Certificate in Safety, Health & Welfare at Work at the University College Dublin in 2010. Paula also holds a Graduate Diploma (Level 8) in Personnel Management from the University of Limerick, which they obtained in 1997. In 1993, they earned a Certificate in Personnel Management Practice from the University of Limerick.
