Allison M. O. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Allison M. started their career at Northern Kentucky University as a Student Specialist/Receptionist from August 2006 to December 2010. After that, they joined Fidelity Investments as a Customer Service Specialist from December 2007 to September 2013. Following their time at Fidelity Investments, they took on various roles at Designs Direct Creative Group, including Logistics Coordinator from September 2013 to August 2015, Project Manager from August 2015 to December 2017, Business Process Manager from December 2017 to the present, and their current role as Director of Information Technology since February 2021.
