As a Partner at Designs Direct LLC since 2002, Jay Schilling has been integral in leading a team of talented creatives focused on designing and developing home interior products, particularly in wall décor. Under Jay Schilling's leadership, the company has built one of the world's largest solely owned portfolios of art and design, leveraging various retailer relationships for monetization. Prior to this role, Jay Schilling was the Owner of Schilling Marketing & Associates, Inc. from 1986 to 2015. Jay Schilling is also an alumnus of Northern Kentucky University.
