Jay Groves

Jay Groves is an experienced IT executive with a strong background in infrastructure, architecture, and systems integration within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as the IT Head of Infrastructure & Architecture at Designs for Health, Jay oversees IT security and service desk operations in a global health care manufacturing context. Previously, as Senior Director at FORTNA, Jay implemented a standardized Target Operating Model, enhancing operational performance. Jay has also directed technology solutions delivery at TegraGlobal, successfully orchestrating cloud migrations and transitioning remote work solutions during critical periods. With a solid foundation in IT management from Prosum and Premier IT, Jay brings a wealth of expertise in managing diverse IT operations and budgets. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Florida State University.
